I like the scene -- especially with the sunrise; the composition, and your use of Star Effects. It was a while before I saw the ribbons and roping below the beacon, so I'd be inclined to lighten them up a bit. I might also take some artistic license and remove the roof on the right, but I'm not sure if that would be worth the effort. The image is already very appealing.
What Dennis said. Lovely tonalities for early light, lovely starburst and sun. I wonder if a cooler white balance would be more evocative of the early light?
The light reminds me of the alpine glow one experiences in the mountains at sunrise and sunset. You have captured a brief moment of special light. The star burst is a nice touch.
The sun and light are the stars in this image.
