Wonderful topside view! Looks sharp from here but it would be easier to see details if it was at the full size of 900 x 1200.
Great photo! The bird looks sharp, and has good detail. I agree with the comment suggesting to darken the background a bit, it should really help to make the bird pop out.

If it were mine I would crop from the top and left to move the bird off center and this would also get rid of some of the brightest water.

Great image and love the POV of it...The red eye really stands out!
The the white wave break kind of draws my eye off the subject...like others have suggested maybe darkening it some to help.
