Hi Frank
This is very impressive..! that gold bridge is quite something, not sure how you got it so gold but I really don't care. I like that it leads nicely to the Cathedral. The blurry tree over the water LLC I think I might evict if your ethics allow... I see an alternative shot/crop with the bottom edge lifted to the desk of the walking path (or maybe a little lower...). You loose the river but the bridge and the lead become even more dominant..
good stuff
DON
I am not a big HDR fan, but...It is a beautiful image/scene...the lighting is really nice...and as Don mentioned...losing the tree would help.
Wonderful image love the tones and colors and the leading lines. Would also lose the tree id possible
The tree obviously was missed by you, the rest of the image is first rate. Very nice.
I really like this - great image design and execution. The tree reflection doesn't bother me much.
I particularly like how the golden light on the bridge contrasts with the colder light on the cathedral, which helps the eye travel there naturally.
I really like this photo. The colors and composition are great. I do find the tree reflection distracting.
Hi Frank, beautifully done. With regards to the tree reflection it is the lights shining through that are a little too birght for my tastes, if you try to tone down the bright areas within the reflection I think it would improve the overall feel and be less of a distraction. Look forward to seeing more!
Really nice work, Frank. Congratulations! I see this as HDR the way it was 'meant to be', rather than the over-baked, unnatural renditions that are all so common these days.
