I spent a couple of days hiking at Delaware Water Gap earlier in the week, and this is one of the waterfalls at Bushkill Falls. I applied Topaz Buzz Sim 2 (gotta love that filter!), and then applied a Multiply Blend at about 60% opacity.

Wendy,
Greetings. Beautiful, Wendy. The diagonal composition is perfect and as you say gotta love Buzz Sim. I particularly like the rich colors and the rock details. Good show!
Cheers,

You captured great shapes and lines, and the shutter speed left the water with an appearance I really like. Using BuzSim in Multiply mode was a great idea. The extra color from the fallen leaves adds nicely to the image. I wondered about cropping from the left to make the falls appear higher, but I like your crop better. More of a crop would remove too much depth, color, and texture.
Bushkill Falls and the whole Water Gap area, for that matter, is a great place for nature photography.
As a sucker for both waterfalls and BuzSim, I love this! You shot in perfect light, and got just the right shutter speed, too.
Well seen and captured! I'm also a buz sim fan (hey, does anyone know what "buz sim" actually mean?). I like how it concentrates color and shapes for overall impact. The white areas of lichen in the upper right balance the lichen in the lower left and the same color of white repeats in the waterfalls running diagonally through the image. Pulls it all together nicely. The darker layers of horizontal rocks add an element of depth and complexity that provides a lovely backdrop for the rich green leaves, as well as the waterfalls.
Wendy, I like the composition with the diagonal line of the blurred waterfall traversing the horizontal layers of rock. The sprinkling of bright leaves livens up the image.
Lovely waterfall, perfect for the theme, love the green, gray, and browns in this image. Well done
I really like the subtle light against the darks and the composition is well done. Nice work Wendy.
Thanks, all!
