Chestnut-mandibled Toucan and its natural habitat (rainforest) in Costa Rica.

I don´t recall a time when I uploaded an image with such crop option! but there is always a first time. And this time, after trying to come up with a decent crop I settled for this one
as the bottom of the image is not as interesting as the top where I believe all ingredients came together to create an image that screems ''rainforest'' every where you look at it.
For the ones that are familiar with the tropics you know that we all prefer a ''cleaner'' BG but I could not let the chance pass when I saw the tropical look of this BG through the view finder of my camera.

Stunning image Juan. What a super bird... The BG is incredible and I really like the balance of the image. If anything you may be able to get a bit more detail from the bird's chest. Great image. TFS

Looks like part of an amazing image, with a big part missing....Yes it's a creative crop, but most of it is soooo amazing (hello, the bg?! Killer!), that I'm left wanting to see it all...maybe it's good that I'm left wanting...The photoshop work in the lower right corner could be much better. A visible part of a branch or something that has been removed via cloning(?) is still visible....Still though, the majority of what can be seen here is gorgeous. Visually, your signature would look much better in the upper left hand corner of this particular image....

Beautiful image, Juan but maybe a little too wide.
The left corner is an interesting addition, so I don't know how else could it be done.
Maybe add just a little bit to the top and bottom if you have it and it is reasonable.

I want to thank you for your kind words on my work and also poit out that there is nothing cloned out from this picture, what you see on the LRC is an OOF branch with its leaves. :t3

This works remarkably well...I never would have thought of such a cropping option. This would work well as an advertisement banner of sorts. Appealing colours, and the jungle vegetation serving as the BG is superb.

Nice looking frame and I like the pano crop. The detail and techs look great but the soft forest BG makes this one for me. Well done
