Laughing Gull?

There are so many gulls!

Laughing Gull?

Well... this looks like an immature Laughing Gull... dark legs and long-ish curved dark bill.... when/where was it shot?

(... I don't often ID Gulls, but when I do, they're usually Ring-billed or Herring....)
