Our spring came early this year. The trail leading to LaChua Trail on Paynes Prairie in Gainesville is lined with native chickasaw plums. This was a multiple exposure and I added a texture I created from a dry-docked boat in harbor at the Bay of Fundy (twice - once with Soft Light and once as an Overlay I think). It added some blue tints to the sky (which was gray) and I left them in some of the body of the image also.:S3:

I like the softness of the colors and the image as a whole. The range of tones in the grasses is especially nice.

Cheryl, I like the soft muted colors and the nearly palpable texture.

You do excel at blurs Cheryl. The colour palette is outstanding to me. I wish for a bit darker sky.

I love the little "shake" that created this image, good use of the technique. The result really looks like a pointillist painting. Nice!

Nice image and application, Cheryl. I'm glad you noted it was a multi exposure, as I was going to call my eye doctor and complain about the surgery I had! : < ( But now I see what you did! ; > ) Nice and like the colors too. Interesting effect.

Cheryl, interesting image and comments above are all spot on with my view. Only thing I would add- I find the darker texture in the lower foreground center a bit distracting as it resembles a finger print. Other than that and the bright sky, this is a quite lovely piece.

A pleasing composition. Lovely, peaceful colors. The blur adds to the softness. I agree with Randall about the darker texture in the foreground.
