Subtle use of flash, inquisitive head angle, soft background. I might consider cropping 10-15% off the top and right, personal preference.

Hi Colin, I like the inquisitive pose with the slightly tilted head. Well exposed on the head and chest, but the near wing seems a bit blocked of detail. The distant BG works well, and maybe just a bit off the top.
