Dipper

I chose a slow shutter speed deliberately I wanted a sharp dipper and soft water.

Good detail and light Jonathon, just a pity that leg is oof just falling out of the dof.

Very nicely thought out to get the soft water. My assumption is that a faster shutter speed would have meant more "detail" in the water because the subject was relatively close to it?

I could see just a tad taken off the top, otherwise a keeper!

Excellent detail, not an easy bird to expose for. I actually quite like the movement in the leg, the rest of the body is sharp so it's nice to have another point of interest, and it works well with the flowing water
