Excellent shot Joe, very crisp and you've controlled the blacks well. The final bit of polish for me is the water droplets at the rear. And the stunning eye of course!

Neat BG, and of course the subject looks good too. I wonder if there is any detail to pull out from the chest as the blacks are quite dark there. I would also tame the brighter white wet spot near those blacks. I really like the fact the duck is angled towards us.

Love this image. what ever Tech critiques were required have been well covered by Daniel. The eye is and the angle of flight make this a Killer.

I like the flight angle, sharpness, water drops, BG, wing blur and composition. Excellent image Joe!
