Back in January, I visited a livestock/dairy farm in Great Barrington, MA. It was a working visit, but I had a chance to take a whole bunch of photos too. I stitched three photos together to create this panorama. The image was converted to B&W, and then I added four Shadowhouse textures and a new free texture I found created by Jai Johnson(http://www.jaiart.com/freetextures). I then reduced the contrast a lot to create a more faded look.

You are the master Christopher! Very cool Dutch barn. The snow, bare plants, and cows really remind me of my youth in rural Indiana. Nice job on the pano and aging of the image!

Super all the way around -- composition, perspective, and the look of the image. You even did a masterful job of staging the cattle for the shot.

Well exectued, wouldn't know it's a pano from looking at it, the barn verticals and edges have the perspective of a w/a shot. The aged effect is also top notch, I like it a lot.

Well done, as usual with the layering of the textures for the final image! Good vision for what I expect was a cold day to be working in a barn or outside. And the cows are a great touch.

Hi, Christopher, beautifully processed as always. Lovely barn and pastoral scene - the cows look like they're ready to be milked:S3:

A wonderful winter farm scene. Perfect processing and tones and textures for the old-time look. The composition is very nice. I like having the entire barn included with the cows at one end. Very nice work. Good for you for taking photos while on the job. Thanks for the link to new textures.
