The field marks most apparent to me are the short bill, prominent eye-ring, white throat, and the yellowish belly. When I encountered a local expert birder shortly after I got the shot, he said Least Flycatcher when I mentioned the bold eye-ring. The wings do appear to be shorter in comparison to the tail length, but what about the yellow belly?

Look like a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher to me. It's range match your area.

These flycatchers are TOUGH.... there is a fair amount of variation among individuals.... but I'm in the "Least" camp.
Both Yellow-bellied and Least fit the range. Hopefully there will be more comments. Thanks CM and Sandy!
With that much grayish-brown in the head (instead of greenish for Yellow-bellied) and a throat that white, I'd lean towards Least.
I'd say Least too. The wingtips are short, projection relative to the tip (end)
of undertail coverts is very short. Also lower mandible is quite dark, should be almost
all yellow in Yellow-bellied.
