This started out as an old scan from Fuji Provia. The scanner was very low res, producing lots of noise. I used Seeram's illustration action full version and played. I also adjusted saturation and shadow/highlight on the product of the action.

That is on funky looking hummer !!!! Looks like some of the posters in the 60's The bg looks like an anemone Neat !!! Might only darken the part of the perch he is on. The lighter color does not seem to go with the rest !!! Very creative !!!!
