Poster Edges was a great idea because the effect provides a contrast that makes the eye even more soulful. It nicely accentuates the flow of her coat, as well.
The eyes of animals can be so expressive. Wonderful close view and cropping, and effects.
Nice! I like the crop--it focus on the eye (no pun intended), yet allows the viewer to know it is a dog. I will have to try poster edges, it worked great here! Nice colors. I have mixed feelings about your reflection in the dog's eye. It bothers me, but knowing it is you makes me want to keep it.
