Crimson Rosella

This Crimson Rosella was enjoying a bath this morning in a local woodland reserve.

Canon 40D, EF500 f/4, 580ex flash + bb, tripod, evaluative, ISO400, 1/125, f/5.6, ec 0, fec -2, a little cropped, otherwise unaltered.

Sharp with wonderful colors. Could use some CW rotation and a lighter eye.

I like the selected shutter speed Simon !!! Just the lighter eye for me !!!

And a little more room for me :)

Love the vibrant colors of your subject...for my taste, I would like to see more room on the sides...:D

Beautiful colors but I'd also like to see just a bit more room on the wing sides.
