Help with EOS Utility

Hi to all,
I just bought a MacBook Air and installed the Canon Solutions disk with DPP that came with my 1DX. I tried to download images from the camera and EOS keeps quitting unexpectedly. I tried restarting the laptop, then uploaded a DPP update for OS X 10.8 but it still keeps quitting on me. I tried my 1DMKIV and it still quits. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Gail, if you google 'eos application crashing mac' there are a number of references which seem to point to an update of the EOS utility that will fix the problem. Here's on of those threads. Good luck!

Thanks Jim. That particular link is unavailable but thanks to your google advice I found the Canon link to fix it.
