Morning view through the transom over our front door. The leaded glass is nearly a century old. Nikon D3s, Nikkor 70-200 @ 90mm, f11, 1/8, iso 200, tripod, manual focus. I tried a few exposures with fill flash; however, liked those without better. PP minimal with CEP4 tonal contrast and detail extractor plus USM on the small image .

Very nice! I'm on the road but need to see if I can get one in for this theme, if it isn't too late.

Beautiful! Kinda wish that heavy branch on the left wasn't there, but otherwise, that is a beautiful view of fall.

This is a gorgeous image, and view. I love taking pics of the old leaded glass but haven't had one this successful.
Only thing I might change is to bring out the BG just a bit more, I think I see leaves in the wall maybe wallpaper??? If they were a tiny bit more visible it would really tie in with the view.
Good one for the theme.

Very well seen and captured to make this interesting window into a dark frame for the brilliant yellow leaves outside! Now that Hazel has mentioned it, that heavy branch does interfere with the thinner pattern of lines in the window. If you want to take the time you could clone yellow leaves over it to reduce its visual impact. The horizontal format is perfect. A beautiful play of bright and dark and shapes!

I agree with Nancy's comments. An excellent use of the window to frame and add interest to the golden leaves. I like the dark framing. Nice work.

Very lovely view, Gary, and you captured it well. I love the pattern of leaves through the window. I also like how you framed it leaving the BG dark but with just enough detail so that it's not completely dark. The framing looks a little tight on both sides, so I might give it a bit more room.

Hi, Gary, late to the show but I like the perspective and colors a lot. I agree with Christopher that you could use just a little more room on either side.:S3:

What a spectacular view you have there! I love the way the window frames the golden leaves.
