Autumn and it wonderful colors have come to the high country of SE Idaho. Aspens were made for blurs. P.S. After last nights computer shut down by Birdphotographers, I no longer have thumbnails of posted images. I would appreciate any help in getting them turned on.

This is a beautiful image, Gary! You're right, aspens are made for blurs and this grove works well. The lighter more dominant tree in the left foreground balanced by the smaller, lighter ones on the right make for a pleasing comp. Lovely transition of tones.

Love all the yellow, Gary!(it happens to be my favorite color :S3:) The horizontal blur is very relaxing, and I like the depth in the tree trunks.
I don't think anybody is seeing thumbnails at the moment. Will just have to wait for it to be fixed.

Thanks Christopher, I'm glad the problem is not uniquely mine. Sharing is good.

Well done with just the right amount of blur. You chose a lovely section of trees with nice vertical trunks and rich gold leaves. Beautiful!

Very appealing composition with perfect choice of shutter speeds. I like the brief pause that let some of the detail come through.

Like this Gary. It is effective and Diane seems to explain what I see well too.

Thanks to all for your positive comments. One almost feels an obligation to capture the beauty which is so short lived.
