Another image from my trip to New Brunswick. This is straight out of the camera except for levels adjustment and slight saturation boost. It had been windy and I used a pan blur that would emphasize the conditions. This was taken with my Canon 5DMkIII with a 70-200 lens @ 116mm, 1/8 sec., f/11, ISO 50.
Thanks for looking:S3: I think some people will object to the little patch of blue in the ULC but I kind of like it there.

I really like the movement and the colours Cheryl. I don't mind the blue in the ULC.

I'm not usually fond of blurs like this, but I do like this one. Nice motion in the the branches. I can just hear the wind rustling the leaves with the leaves twirling to the ground. Well done.

This looks like brush strokes -- very nice!! I've had real trouble getting motion blurs I like at relatively short shutter speeds and minimal camera motion like this, as opposed to much "longer" blurs with bigger swipes. But they are a very different genre.
You've inspired me to try some more. A key is getting an interesting composition. I like how the tree trunk ends before it exits the frame, and how it is capped with a leafy branch.

I don't really know how to comment on these other than what I like.
I love the leaves and the blue, I don't like the trunk and would like it better if if were removed and all I saw were the leaves.

Looks very much like a painting, love the colors, would love to sit under this tree.
Wish I could sit under it as I can't look at it very long, makes me dizzy.... LOL, my own dizzy problems, nothing you did. I can't look at zebras very long either.
nice treatment

Very nice out of the camera shot, Cheryl! The blur effects work well, and I think it's a nice composition. The blue in the ULC doesn't bother me at all.
