Kitty Silhouette

I darkened this image in PS to make it a silhouette, converted to B&W using Silver Efex, and then used Detail Extractor from Color Efex Pro and the Poster Edges filter to give it the scratch art look. Photo is of my cat, Silver.

I love it Christopher! A superb example of Photoshopped scratch art! Kudos for figuring out how to do it so well!

The white on black is most effective. I like how the fur, and whiskers, look. Just enough to show us it is a kitty. I would like to see the eye--it is the first thing I thought of when first viewing the image. Nice composition and work.

Great scratch art or it could even be chiaro/scuro image. Agree with above, that the eye would be nice touch. Very well done Christopher.

Just a glint/hint of a reflection in the eye, otherwise I really like this one!

Thanks a lot, everyone, for your kind words and suggestions. Not sure how easy it'll be to reveal his eye given that the eye was completely in shadow to begin with, but I'll give it a try and see.
