Here's another frame from the terns' bathing pool on Plum Island last month. C&C appreciated as always.

Excellent follow up image. I enjoy this one just as much but for slightly different reasons. The water/bathing is very alive and well captured. The bird's head angle and details, given what's going on, is killer good. No suggestions for any improvement.
Love this series. It is a serene scene with beautiful pastel color of the water. Your techs look good. Loi
Nice series, Bil.l I always like to see bathing birds and your is not exception. Well done!!!
Bill:
Very nice active bathing image, and you have a clear view of the eye which is essential to make this type of image work, when water is flying everywhere.
Nice head turn.
I would display the quiet version and this one together to tell the story.
Cheers
Randy
Nice splash, eye contact and composition.
Great image. I like the water droplets filling all the frame. The out of focus droplets give a sense of depth to the image plus a perfect HA which is hard to get in situations like this. TFS.
excellent action captured here. lovely comp, exp & details
