Very creative use of filters, and the combination works well. I also really like the effects at the top of the image.

Hi Nancy, I like how the glass filter added to the already frenetic look of the water. Nice subtle use of Fractalius, not an easy one to apply sometimes! Nice job.
I've never tried the glass effect, pretty cool look to this image, very different...well done
