Looks level to me. A nice sharp image that is perhaps over-sharpened just a tad. Like the open bill and the prey item. If it were mine I would do a bit of beach clean-up. All in all, quite a nice capture.

I would crop a bit off the bottom, do a very slight CCW rotation and clean up the beach.

Either version works for me. I enjoy the low angle work and the light quality that allowed for good details in the blacks and whites of the bird....spot on exposure work on your end of course. The action/foraging pose captured is nice.
great light & details. like the pose, particularly the open beak.
