Very nice! Love the colors and the shaper of the tree. I'd clone the tip off to leave some space at the top if you don't have it :)
Aside from the clipped top of the tree, this is a superbly designed image. I love how the taller green tree to the right of the dead tree balances the nest. And I love the earth shadow colors.
