Interesting top view, sharpness is good and the crop is different.

I would like to see more room under the bird and the direction of flight is slightly turned away.

I like the unusual pose and ruffled feathers. The sky looks a bit dark and I might add a bit more space at the bottom.

I would agree with the comments of the previous posters. I do like the look of the feathers.
