Hi Frank, I like what you have done here, and also the low perspective. Cool walking pose from the youngster, and seems like he doesnt have a worry in the world. I wasnt there, and the sloping FG could be correct, but I cant help feeling some CCW rotation will work. Im fine with the leaf floating in the water, but would remove the small twig just behind him.
Nice feeling of solitude here. I like that the foot is risen but still touching the water. I do wish the stick was not there, and I'd crop tighter top and left. Maybe try warming up the WB too (while leaving the whites intact)
Love what you were going for. I would go pano with this one but esp take some off of the left.
