Very nice top view and close up, Arno.
Just enough habitat to add interest, also.
The Kingfisher was caught in a nice pose with a great wing position and the background shows the habitat nicely and is undistracting. The HA could have been better and do I detect a slight lack of sharpness. A nice image though Arno.
excellent topside view and sharp details. HA is good but the OOF leaves in the BG are distracting.

I tend to agree with Arash's assessment. Bird looks great, those appear be to lily-pads are distracting to me.
What a great pose. An obviously hard to capture subject. Love the top angle view. I do think the whites might be recovered a bit—they give me the impression that the image is lacking in sharpness, when I do not think it is.

Great dorsal view, and I don't mind the HA. Nor do I mind the vegetation, which gives it some context. If these guys fly as fast as our kingfishers, this was indeed a tough capture. Well done.
