A lot to like in this Satish...I find this kind of posture very pleasing with a great head angle. One of the very best backdrops one can hope for as well. Maybe looking just a tiny bit flat and likely just a simple brightness tweak would make it just that bit nicer.....could be just my monitor however

I like the light quality as well.
I would take a bit off the bottom to reduce the impact of the perch.

Great pose and background, maybe consider taking a little bit off the base of the rock. The exposure looks good, just maybe some whites near the eye are a tad bright, a very eye catching image.
