Varied Bunting

Definitely a highlight from Arizona was having this guy sit up on a perch in the last 15 minutes of golden light. What a stunning bird!

Nice profile, like the clear eye and that it's engaging the camera/viewer, lovely variety of color on this bird. Inclusion of foliage works nicely, not overly fussed about the one twig in front = a natural shot. Wondering if maybe the contrast is a bit strong on this one though ?
