Was chatting with Robert early this morning at the top of the boardwalk... I was hoping for some nice soft light this AM which is what we had for a while. Love how these guy float in with nesting material.
It has been fun down on the farm meeting everyone face to face.

Hi Lou, I like the pose and the stick is a plus. Might be me but your image seems to have a pretty good purple cast to it. (Might be the laptop). Wish I could have met you all down there this am but had other commitments.
I like the pose. Good sharpness and detail in the whites is also good. I agree with Paul - there is a distinct purple/lavender color cast. You might consider a tighter crop. Hope everyone had a great day down at the farm. :)

Classic image for the Alligator Farm. Well done with a good wing position plus a stick not obstructing the face. I agree with the color cast on the bird but like the color of the sky.
