What a lovely image. Love the perch, the BG and the pose on this little bird. The bird appears to need a little more sharpening. If it were mine, I would consider cropping from the right and adding space on the left for it to fly into if you have the space.
Thanks Marina, that is the shot before cropping so not much room to play with, I have tried this, seem to be loosing some sharpness in the transfer through photobucket

This is better, but I was thinking of something more like this if you have the canvas on the left. I obviously just added it. I also feel as though your bird's face needs more sharpening. Your underwing looks very sharp and full of details but the face appears to be on a different plane and a little bit softer.
Nice takeoff pose and I like the bg color too. Your repost looks good as does Marina's . I am preferring a little more room left side too. I like your repost crop idea because the original perch seemed a little overwhelming to me.
