Hi, Another "Outside the window" image from Nova Scotia - my kitchen, where the window looks onto some Cedar bushes where I have a feeder set up. Common Redpolls were indeed common here this Winter, although many are now heading back north.
OM-D EM5, Panasonic 100-300, 1/800, f/6.3, ISO640, selective curves, levels, nr, sharpening etc. in LR4 and PSE10. Moderate crop.
Thanks for looking and comments,
Richard

Nice pose. i think the window is hurting the sharp detail. I'd like to see more room on top and right.

I like the pose, but the IQ is no good. Details look coarse and over-sharpened.

A little tight crop, but looks good none the less, Richard.

The maun thing that catches my eye, and is easily remedied is the dark band on the top...but the comp on the pine branch works nicely, detail looks a little coarse, maybe back off the sharpening a little

Nice to see one on some greenery! These guys sure make the winter months easier to take. I agree with the previous assesments.
