Very nice image, color and detail are excellent. My personal preference would have been to crop some off of the left side of image.
Hi Joe. I dont mind the perch and I personally like the bird to the far right but would be tempted to take some off the top. Also I see a dark area at the top mid perch looks like burning overlap of the perch maybe?

What's wrong with the perch ?
This is nice, sweet subject and smooth backdrop, light is a little harsh, but some nice detail showing through. I feel though this needs cropping tighter from both top and left hand side and there is a dark smudge on the top far right of the branch that could be cloned out

Lots to like here, Joe. Nice pose on bird. Agree with your own assessment of the perch, but I know you'll be working on that.
