Magnificent image.I like the pose with raised foot, colors, lights, water droplets on the tip of beak and claws and composition.
Little contrast and sharpening will take the image to notch.
Regards,
Satish.
Excellent pose, raised foot, perch. Details look great, and I like the displaced feather. I'd eliminate the the two white spots on the rock, and perhaps boost the saturation just a tad...but be careful with that as it is easy to overdo it.
Sweet image of this beauty. An alternative presentation might be to compose a bit looser. (if you have the room and no distracting elements)
Great shot. I really like the raised foot. The eye and beak look just a touch soft, but I like the overall image, although maybe a little more room to the left for the sandpiper to walk into.

Faraaz,
Nicely captured. As Satish and Daniel mentioned - a touch of contrast and saturation, with a bit of selective sharpening on the face will make this an even better image!

Nice details and I like the raised foot and angle on this one. My favorite thing about this image is the stray feather.
Thanks very much guys!
Somehow when I posted this image here it seemed less sharp than when I viewed it at 100%. I would try some selective sharpening and see how it plays out. This was essentially FF, I had just cropped a slight bit on the left and bottom for composition.
