Great action shot, Grace. i like the surf in the background. The dripping water tells the story.
Grace:
Another strong image with lots of environmental impact. Like the catch, dripping water, placement of bird in frame, wave action. You managed to get pretty good separation of the bird from the wave, not always easy with a white bird!
I might tone down a couple of the brightest specular highlights, particularly the green one at the right frame edge.

Really dynamic. I like the aerodynamic set of the wings & the dangling feet that add color to the image. The dripping water from the gull's bill is a very nice touch. I think Randy makes a good observation re. the brightest specular highlights. TFS.
Hi Grace, focus spot on here, as you have really isolated the gull from the surf BG. Very well timed for the feeding behaviour, and the trailing water adds so much more. The light on the gull's head is amazing, shows off the eye and beak nicely.

Great timing Grace, liking a lot ther wave movements and droplets, a tad bright in a couple of spots but I wouldn't necessarily see that as a fault, but natural in strong light

I enjoy well made images of gulls foraging on natural food sources. Great frame.

As Marina points out, great story here, Grace. That's one of your talents, your images always seem to hold something extra, and that extra is often a real glimpse into the lives of these birds. Love the turbulent waves, the light, the sharpness.
