Amazing piece of timing here, the details are fantastic everything looks tac sharp
Wonderful over all image TFS
Hi Rudi, Yes to a way wicked pose with excellent sharpness and accurate focus. But several things are bugging me. 1-the dark tones of the bird look over-lightened, possibly to much Shadow-Highlight or Detail Extractor. I remember this bird being BLACK and white. 2- With the light from the left and slightly behind why are there no shadows on the bird like those on the underside of the perch??? Assuming that you did some excellent Photoshop work to eliminate them on the bird you needed to do the same to the perch for a more consistent look to the lighting.
Perfect timeing, nice landing pose, Rudi. I would add canvas to the top as it is too tight there.
This landing pose is just over the top, and you really nailed it!!! The bird's colors don't look quite right, especially the head. I'd love to see a little more room above.
Well timed, nice light and sharp details, like the craggy perch too....maybe a little more canvas on the top
Thanks for the input guys! Good eye on those shadows Arthur! :e3 Lightened it up with a levels mask to help getting rid of a bluesh cast in the shadows... will give this another go and repost...
Excellent landing pose of beautiful lady.Great IQ,nice details and sharpness.Another vote for room on the top.
Regards,
Satish.
