I used Pixel Bender and Topaz Adjust on the original a couple of years ago, and I thought it needed something more so I used Fractalius on a layer at about 35% opacity or so. In Color Efex I added a brighten/darken filter to highlight the center. I liked the bright neon colors.
I like the bright neon colors also. Wow!

This is a beautiful riot of lines and colors. One image can hold many ideas and it can be fun to see each develop!
