I am thankful for being able to view one of the most beautiful scenic vistas I've ever encountered, with the bright yellow-gold of the trees against the snow-topped Smoky Mountains! It almost took my breath away. We found this spectacular view by chance on a side road off of a side road! After seeing it previewed, it's lacking a little something from the original image. Oh well...

Very nice scenic artwork, like the composition, I might get rid of the tiny dark whisp of cloud on left..but only minor thing

Very, very nicely done, Judy. A rare look at a already beautiful Park, and well captured. Processing looks good to me. It's a great scene.

Judy, it couldn't be more beautiful. The filtering is so subtle but is wonderful. I love all the different layers of color and the snow on the mountains is the "icing on the cake".:S3:

Judy, I saw this in the landscape forum, nice scene but your post processing makes this look fantastic!

This is great, Judy. The scene, itself, the composition, and your processing all combine to make a beautiful image. There's a great feeling of depth, too. I agree with Paul about the dark wisp in the upper left, but that's relatively minor.

Thanks everyone! I'm glad you like my processing! I'll try to take care of the dark cloud later.

Stunning! What's not to like in this gorgeous landscape and your excellent processing. The golds against the blues are lovely. The second version is just right.
