How does one express thankfulness for 6 (7th on the way) grandkids? This photo of our grandson pitching his first game reminded me that we are healthy right now and able to watch games and other activities of the 4 here in Carbondale and of the other two (Seattle and Valdosta) when we visit. Family is so much to be thankful for.
Re-cropped to emphasize the pitch. Light was not good because it was a late afternoon game, sun almost down.
Used watercolor filter and created a frame. Cloned a few breaks in the trees. The ball is in the center, top of the picture. No, they didn't win...but they had fun. And we had fun watching.

Hazel, 7 grandkids is a lot to be thankful for. I really like the way you've created the triangle to emphasize the pitch - it works really well with the image and almost looks like a school pennant. Could you increase the exposure a little on the batter so he doesn't blend in with the catcher? This brings back many memories - my father coached Little League and my brother was a pitcher through high school so we spent many, many days and nights at baseball games when I was a kid.:S3:

I really like your use of the converging red lines. That's very effective. And imaginative.
