I created this image from my last tree post. I used Flexify to created the twirled look. I also inverted it and added a texture and played with the colors. I added the black background and I hope you like it as much as I do.:S3:

Not sure why I am reminded of a black hole...almost like everything is getting sucked into it...too much Star Trek I guess, lovely pattern and colors, cool boarder ...well done
Love the color palette you chose for this one...I'm not sure about the "root ball"...it's a strong compositional element, and it does add balance...mulling that one over. I love the backdrop directly behind the tree...it reminds me of the classic "Earth Rise" shot from Apollo 8...very nicely done!
Hi denise...This is a very strong image for me...very surreal! Very nice work! What is flexify?
Hi Paul and John, thank you for your comments.
Hi Bob, thank you. Flexify is a Photoshop plug-in by Flaming Pear, it changes the shape of your images.
Fabulous colors & lines! Lots of energy that makes me think of the kind of tornado that sent Dorothy into the Land of Oz!
What fun, Denise! I think I may have to check out this Flexify filter. I'll probably be up all night messing around with it :2eyes2:
Yes, the flexify seems very interesting. changed the shape but left the sharpness. Still mulling over the offset black border. interesting blue background reminds me of a great storm at sea.
Denise, I love the blue background, it really makes the image work for me. I like the effect of the Flexify filter, I may have to play with that myself. The detail in the tree is excellent. I think you created a great image you should be proud of. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Thanks everyone for the kind comments and welcome to the forum Bob.
Fantastic creation!
Denise, very, very cool - it has a surreal look to it. My favorite part is the brown and blue color combination.:S3:
Love the Flexify effect and the colors, very surreal and creative thinking!
Hi Denise, sorry being so late to the party. I love the creativity here and the colors are perfect. I'll have to give flexify I try one day.
