I have had the pleasure of seeing these myself, a really beautiful bird, the blue around the eye is amazing. Great capture, these do not usually sit still for long.
Great eye contact and nice sharpness. I like the raised crest feathers. I don't know how these birds look in person, but I'd be tempted to brighten the bird by 1/3 of a stop or so, and maybe boost the saturation a little.

Hi Satish, love the inquisitive pose, and the colourful iridescence on the head is amazing. I think Doug meant to lighten the bird a touch more - in your 2nd repost in pane # 4, you seemed to have lightened the whole image.

Sweet shot Satish, and I think the overrall tweak in brightness has lifted the image slightly, sharp and curious/quizzical posture make this work extra nice, sits in the frame nicely I think....not too big lol ...my only thought would be more noise reduction in the background needed
Nice shot of this lovely bird. The raised crest and eye contact are sweet. Either version looks good to me.
I like the inquisitive pose (audio? feeder setup?). I like that the tail extends beyond the perch. The lightened repost looks better IMO, and I agree with some NR to the BG.

No audio or setup. The small branch is regular perch for many birds and it is over the very small water body.
He must have heard first click of my camera,I do not remember what happened exactly.
Since there is only one water body in the summer and that is also dry-up by the end March.
These birds get habituated with presence of bird photographers as long as we sit calmly and keeping certain distance.
