Caught this little guy at Nickerson Beach a few weeks ago. They are so quick and tough to catch when pulling worms from the sand. Canon EOS MDMK4, 600mm, f/9.0, SS - 1250, ISO 400. Slightly cropped and I cloned out a few shells in the FG.

Nick - nice low pov and I like the comp with the shells. Worm just adds to it.

Nice low angle, nice action captured and love the shells.
The image seems to need some CW rotation and I'd add some careful sharpening to the bird.
I like the comp presented, but I could see crop from the bottom and that much added to the top as another option too.
You got some nice feeding behaviour here, and the beach looks nice and clean. Love the shells spread out just right. Exposure is good. The subject is soft as posted, not sure if you forgot to sharpen for web or not, and as posted I feel the comp could uses a significant crop from below.
Very nice shot. Great timing, very nice light, and agree on the taking some off from below.
Well done.
Nice low angle shot. For some reason it looks soft for my eyes.
nice and low, like thepose, agree on the bird a bit soft.thanks.
Nice Behaviour shot Nick. I'll have to agree with the above posters as to the Bird being soft, but great light.
