Hi Satish, the egret certainly has his eyes fixed on his next meal, and I like that we can see the remains of his past meals on the side of his bill. Yes to a better HA, and I would lighten his head.

Satish, dont think this is a cattle egret. must be Little egret.
Nice details but head position is not ideal. Emty space at the top is also not adding much. might have gone for a horizontal comp. with more body.

Hi Satish,
The head angle doesn't bother me so much, because the eye is angled downwards and gives the impression of the bird really concentrating on something below and slightly ahead. But less room at the top and more on the bottom would act as a leading line towards the presumed prey. I like the exposure and sharpness.
