View Full Version : Is there a glitch or am I just being impatient?

Hi,

I'm posting this here because there's no way I seem to be able to post a new thread in the Tricks, Tip and Questions forum. My Paypal subscription was automatically renewed last week and I received e-mail confirmation from Paypal June 16. When I try to post images to Avian and Eager to Learn I keep getting the message that

You may edit your posts

I PMd and e-mailed James, Blake and Chris 2 days ago but have not had any replies. My e-mail account is working fine. Up til recently I never had a problem. Can someone tell me if there is a problem with me, or my account, or am I just being impatient?

Richard,

Your status is still showing up as Forum Participant not as BPN member for some reason. After paypal payment looks like membership did not update.

You already contacted James and Chris. They should be the one.

Looks like there is a glitch in the automatic renewal process as you are not the first one (which have been dealt with already). E-mailing James and Chris was the thing to do but I'll alert them that something is going on...thanks for the heads' up Paul.

i still haven't had any reply to the several e-mails and PMs I sent James and Chris, still can't fully participate in BPN, and I feel frustrated by the whole issue.

Hi Richard,

I went through the same sort of thing back in Dec. when my renewal was due. i have mine set to an automatic renewal with payment through Paypal. Chris will get it sorted out as soon as he hears of it.
You might also try sending Blake an e-mail.

It's a glitch and one I haven't had time to look into yet. I apologize for the delay...it's been an extremely busy time.

I re-activated your subscription and added an extra 6 months for your troubles.

Great- thanks! When you look into it further, can you try and find out why Paypal paid twice within 5 days- one for $20 and the other $25?
