Sort of a larger crop.
Next time I will try to use the 7D to get more reach.
Getting closer is impossible.
It is a nesting colony.

I like the context the larger crop gives, great sharpness & detail on the bird in flight.

Nicely composed, the whites in this stand out beautifully well, but not blown, The bright red beaks certainly stand out well, but I wonder if maybe a tad color saturated, reason I mention is that the Caspian Terns here have a slightly more orange toned beak
