This was taken in a dark corner on the forest edge down the road from my house. I was happy to get this image with the slow shutter speed.

Nice BG and I am amazed that you got him this sharp at that SS. Nice simple perch that suits the size of the bird.Love the visible feet.
I find him a bit big in the frame for my taste.

Nice image, Jim. You must have heard its song. Otherwise it would be hard to make an ID.

Glad you were able to ID one of these empidonax flycathers!! Low light for sure, and I like the eye-level perspective. I'd give it another round of sharpening for web presentation, and I agree it is a tad big in the frame.
