Photographed this two males after they finished a wildebeest on their way to the waterhole.Picture taken in Etosha.
I have chosen this comp ,because i wanted to include the shadow.
Cloned out some distracting overexposed whit stones.

nice angle of light here, and I love how close they are walking together (blood brothers, as it were)
I like the comp/crop you chose too - both for the shadow inclusion as well as the "space to walk into", Andreas! :bg3:

Andreas - Like this for the same reasons as Morkel. Nice to see the two brothers walking closely with good eye contact and comp.

I too really like the brothers. I think they look like having a little bit of guilty conscience :)
They have very good look in the eyes. As mention of the others, good composition.

Hi Andreas, good call on the shadow, many might have missed that, the bloody faces and the way the two lean into each other is a nice touch, likewise the raised paw. Perhaps the ISO and crop may not be giving you the ideal IQ compared to previous postings? I think you could afford to run some NR on part of the BKG. Personally and in an ideal world I would have liked to have had the black end to the tail on the lion on the RHS. :w3

Thanks to Mark and Steve for your comments.

Steve - maybe i can copy the tip of the tail from another lion into or onto this one :bg3:.If i am good enough in PP ,but maybe you will recognize that:w3.

Cheers Andreas
