New bird for me ... interesting coloration.
Tech looks great but wish for a bit more room at the bottom and more of a head turn toward the viewer.

Satish, agree with Mike.

great job getting close. This is not an easy species to photograph out there. Lots of details and exposure looks very good.

I agree with both above, and I would add that it seems the image could use a bit of a boost in saturation. Good looking heron!

Thank you all for your comments. There is no space at the bottom in original image. I have increased saturation little bit.I hope this looks better now.

Good thoughts expressed above. First time for me to see this one as well. Sharp, well exposed, nice lores and I like the russet colored plumes on back. Agree about the saturation boost as well. The bokeh is starting to get a bit harsh in the BG with the increased saturation, but overall I think it helps the image.
