A Bullock Oriole fledging in the nest. She flew up on branches a few times while I watched. The Parents were on the same tree.
This is a really large crop (10% at most) and I am posting it mainly for Birder interest (they should have a category here for that).
The nests are really cool, they are a migrating bird here , (Oregon) so I was surprised to see so many on a hike along the Deschutes
River in central Oregon. I saw probably 10 nests, all very hard to photograph or get close to. I didn't want to get too close anyway.

I think its a nicely composed shot though I'd take a touch off the bottom. Nice, cozy looking nest too. As for a "birder's interest" forum, try the Avian: About Birds forum in the Educational Resources section.

Thanks, Steve, I forget to look at that forum.
This probably does belong there, I cannot crop it anymore, I was really pushing it.
Here is the out of camera photo, as close as I could get, I probably should have it posted this,
as I sort of like it for a natural study purpose.
I did remove some branches in the OP I posted.
