Hey Jeff,
Excellent use of office time! Yellows look hot on my monitor by throat. Good pose and perch.....slight turn towards us would have taken this up a notch. I prefer tighter comps.....but you will definitely get debate there! Minor tweeaks will take this up a notch.

Thanks Roman. It was my day off but still at work...LOL I will cleanup the yellows a bit and see what happens. No clipping at all according to the histogram.

Jeff, I liked the image design, pose and subject placement. small-in-frame works well here. only issue for me is the noise in the bird.

Thanks Kaustubh, how can I remove the noise in the bird without loosing detail?

Jeff, I am not the best person to answer that. I dont usually shoot in conditions that require high ISO...and am not really into trying out different softwares. I've heard good things about noise ninja, neat image. I have also heard that the newer versions of Lightroom do a good job.
